Berliner weisse
This is a historical style of sour beer. Generally it was a well-attenuated pale wheat ale with low alcohol, high carbonation, prominent lactic and acetic sourness, good mouthfeel, and a strong fruity bouquet from Brettanomyces.[1][2][3] Most contemporary examples carrying this style name are very different from the historical version.
See Sour beer for modern production techniques (with or without Brett).
